We are transparent about the costs of our property marketing CGIs from the get-go. Creating photo-real images from 2D architectural drawings and materials references is an artform and as such is open to subjective interpretation. Our quoted price includes any subjective changes, as well as two rounds of amends in which you can also make material changes and small structural alterations such as removing a fence, moving a chimney, adding a Velux window. Two rounds of revisions are usually the maximum number we require to meet your original brief. The only time you may be charged additionally is if you make alterations to your initial designs after we have shared the low-resolution images with you, in which case we will charge the same rate as the original quote only for the time taken to make those changes. For interior images, all amends are included.
We're not just a production line. At every point in the process, every expert in our team is playing to their strength. To make sure you get the best possible images and to keep your costs down, we'll ask you about your core market, price point and how easy / difficult you expect sales to be. The more we know about your development and the kind of people who'd like to live there, the more we can tailor your content to impress them and stack reservations in time.
It's best practice to funnel the feedback into one point of contact, rather than sending several different emails from different members of your team. At the start of the process, we can make things easier for you by asking for information directly from your architect. However, if you need feedback from them, the sales department and the directors, we always tell you when to expect your images so you can arrange meetings in advance and keep production flowing.
Creating the best property marketing CGIs available starts from the point of concept – when we first take a look at your plans we make sure we find the camera angles which will show your properties off in the best light. We're a well-established company; we've been creating CGIs since 2005. During that time honed our systems and nurtured a team of experts. No problem, we'll walk you through the process. With over twenaty years of experience, we're well-versed in working with sole traders who are new to CGI through to large property developers and architects who are used to the processes involved. If you already know, great, your dedicated account manager will quickly talk you through how we work to make sure you get your CGIs on time, on budget, with the least amount of hassle, every time. If you've never comissioned CGIs before we'll walk you through our process to ensure it's stress free for you every step of the way.
Not a problem. To save you money we'll work with you to create the style you need to entice your potential buyers. Share an example image with us, either of a previous development or from your favourite Pinterest board, and we'll create mock-ups of your spaces dressed in your style. You'll be able to play around with a range of colour schemes and furniture choices to make sire there's no doubt you're going in the right direction. All the designs we create for you will be aimed at impressing your core market and converting interest into sales.
That's great. We'll ask for the designs and the references and we'll find the closest matches in our extensive library so the images you get from us will mirror these designs. We can also mimic previous show homes or allow our in-house stylist to create brand new designs for the homes you're building, all aimed at wowing yourr core market.
We'll always ask if you have a deadline that needs to be met before we take your job on. We'd rather under-promise and over deliver. If we can't meet your deadline we'll be honest from the start. Once the job is booked in, delivery times will mostly depend on how quickly we get the info we need and the feedback required. Once we have all the information we need to get started an average set of CGIs will take around 1-2 weeks to get to low resolution stage. But we will keep you posted of our progress at all times and if you have any questions, queries or issues there's always someone at the end of the phone who will help you straight away. We're a small company with a large capacity, and we pride ourselves on our customer service. We understand your deadlines are important and we'll make sure we meet them.
